Due to a shipping issue where our initial order was lost, Bebemoss was fantastic in making sure we received a replacement order swiftly, I offered to pay for the replacement as it was not Bebemoss' fault at all, and was again greeted by a wonderful Holiday gift, a free replacement. The swiftness of response and delightfully pleasant experience will have me coming back again and again for our children and to support a great company.
