Shipping to the European Union

Your bebemoss order ships directly from our artisan workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Free shipping on orders of €70 or more.

For orders below €70, shipping costs €7.95, €9.95 or €12.95, depending on your destination. Your shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends, public holidays and customs delays.

We’ll email your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

VAT & customs

We are registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), which allows us to collect VAT at checkout on eligible consignments with a goods value of €150 or less.

Customs duties and carrier clearance fees may still apply. Orders above the IOSS value limit may also incur import VAT on arrival.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning an order so we can provide the correct address and instructions. EU orders are returned to Türkiye, and customers pay return shipping unless an item is incorrect or damaged.
