Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At Bebemoss, every product is handmade with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please use the return request feature available through your customer account on our website or contact us at info@bebemoss.com.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

• Have been purchased directly from bebemoss.com
• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging where reasonably possible
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bebemoss.com and include photographs of:

• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8 business days. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

• Submit a return request through your customer account, or
• Contact us at info@bebemoss.com before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right is in addition to the 30-day return policy offered by Bebemoss.

Personalized and Custom Products

Products that are clearly personalized, custom-made, or manufactured according to a customer’s specific requirements may not be eligible for return, exchange, or withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

This limitation does not affect your rights in relation to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Customers must contact Bebemoss before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
