The revenue from our sales is used to pay the Mothers and to cover the costs of running a business; profits are invested to grow the company and distributed among owners and workers equally, as bebemoss is not a charity! Each toy is crocheted with premium 100% organic (GOTS certified) cotton yarn that has been safety tested. They are stuffed to the ideal hugging weight with hypoallergenic polyester filling.

Yes, the toys can be machine-washed on the gentle cycle, but we recommend you hand-wash your bebemoss animal and lay it flat to dry to help preserve the animal’s shape and details. See the care guide here

Yes, each toy is made according to the EU EN 71 toy safety standard, which meets the United States and Canadian safety requirements for newborn and children’s toys. We are also testing them by a certified third-party lab. The yarn, the stuffing, and the eyes used in making each toy have been additionally tested to be safe and non-toxic.

Each toy is third-party tested to be safe for young children. We’ve ensured that all aspects of the toy are securely attached so as not to provide a choking hazard. However, we do recommend that young children always be supervised when playing with all toys, and never place stuffed animals in a crib with a sleeping infant.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping policies depend on where you live:

Orders ship from our Connecticut warehouse. Free shipping on orders over $75, flat rate $7.95 under $75. No customs fees.

🇪🇺 European Union
Orders ship from our Istanbul, Türkiye workshop. We are IOSS registered, so VAT is already included at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €70, with affordable flat rates by zone. No surprise customs fees.

🌍 Rest of the World
Orders also ship from our Istanbul, Türkiye workshop. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If you’re not satisfied with your bebemoss toy for any reason, please return it for a full refund or replacement. Please note that each doll is made by hand and will have its own unique characteristics. This makes every doll special!

We usually prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
