All our toys are handmade by our Social Enterprise partner in Turkey by a group of women artisan.

The revenue from our sales is used to pay the Mothers and to cover the costs of running a business; profits are invested to grow the company and distributed among owners and workers equally, as bebemoss is not a charity! We are a social business. Our for-profit company is a conscious company with a soul and a mission where giving back is at its core. We believe in the power of business to help make the world a better place. Our mission is to help disadvantaged populations, and more precisely, mothers in Turkey. We employ refugee women as well as local ones. This is very important as growing the company means employing more and more mothers...

Our toys are hand-crocheted from premium 100% organic cotton yarn certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). They are softly stuffed with recycled polyester filling made from recycled PET bottles.

For the gentlest clean, hand wash your toy in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly, gently press out excess water without wringing, and lay flat on a towel to air dry.

You can also machine wash it inside a laundry bag on a cold, delicate cycle. Reshape after washing and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Our toys are independently tested by a third-party laboratory against applicable European EN 71 toy safety requirements.

Please check the age recommendation and safety information on each product’s page and label. Inspect toys regularly and discontinue use if they become damaged or any parts loosen.

Age suitability depends on the product. Please check the age recommendation and any safety warnings on the individual product page and label.

For gift sets, check the guidance for each included item, as toys, books and bags may have different age recommendations.

Use common sense and follow the age recommendation and safety instructions provided with your toy. Always supervise babies and young children during play.

Check toys regularly for wear, loose parts or damaged stitching. If you notice damage, stop using the toy and contact us at iza@bebemoss.com.

Keep soft toys out of a baby’s cot or other sleep space.

We ship to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom and other international destinations available at checkout.

• United States: Standard shipping is $9.95 USD, free on orders of $75 USD or more. Orders ship from Connecticut. Faster options are available at checkout: 2-day delivery for $32 USD or overnight for $75 USD.

• European Union: Shipping is €7.95, €9.95 or €12.95 depending on your destination, free on orders of €70 or more. Orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye. Applicable EU VAT is collected at checkout.

• United Kingdom: DHL Express shipping is $29.99 USD, free on orders of $150 USD or more. Orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye.

• Rest of the world: DHL Express shipping is $39 USD. Orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Local-currency amounts are displayed at checkout. Customs duties and carrier clearance fees may apply to international orders. Import VAT may also be payable where it has not been collected at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. We’ll email you a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery estimates start after dispatch:

• United States: Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Faster options are available at checkout.
• United Kingdom: DHL Express delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• European Union and other destinations: Delivery times vary by country. Please check the estimate at checkout or contact us before ordering if you need your parcel by a specific date.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is additional, and customs clearance may delay international deliveries.

We want you to love your bebemoss purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition, with their cotton gift pouch.

To arrange a return, email iza@bebemoss.com with your order number. We’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return. To choose a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

Each toy is handmade, so small variations make every friend unique.

Yes! Each individual toy comes in a reusable cotton gift pouch, with a card signed by the artisan mother who made it—a thoughtful finishing touch, without the need for extra wrapping.
