Exchanges and returns

 

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items. We are here to help!


General Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in their original condition and cotton gift pouch 

Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

No direct exchanges: if you’d like another product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order

 

How to Start a Return

Please email us at iza@bebemoss.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions based on where your order was shipped from.

 

Return Locations

🇺🇸 United States Orders

Orders shipped from our Connecticut warehouse must be returned to our US address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Address and instructions will be shared by email.

🇪🇺 European Union Orders

Orders shipped from our Istanbul, Türkiye workshop must be returned to Türkiye.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Address and instructions will be shared by email.

🌍 Rest of the World

Orders also ship from Istanbul, Türkiye, and returns must be sent back there.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong item or your toy arrived damaged:

We will cover return shipping costs

Please contact us at iza@bebemoss.com to arrange a replacement or full refund

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
